Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Astronomican. By ordering equipment, paying invoices, or using our services, you agree to these terms:

1. Commercial Nature: Equipment manufactured by Astronomican (including Colonima and Colonima Lite) is sold directly to wellness practitioners, clinics, and authorized distributors.

2. Payment: Invoices issued via Razorpay links must be cleared according to the agreed schedule. For cardless or bank EMI, approval is governed entirely by the issuing bank/lender.

3. Warranty & Servicing: All machines include a 1-year limited manufacturing warranty against defects under normal clinical operation.

4. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings or claims arising from transactions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat/Maharashtra, India.

Privacy Policy

Astronomican respects your business data and personal contact information:

1. Collection: We collect contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, and GST credentials strictly to execute purchase contracts, logistics, and service visits.

2. Payments: All online and EMI transactions are processed directly through Razorpay. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers, net banking credentials, or bank login data on our servers.

3. Data Sharing: Information is only shared with verified logistics partners for delivery purposes or when legally mandated by Indian law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the customized manufacturing and logistical nature of clinical equipment:

1. Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of invoice payment before dispatch or manufacturing allocation. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method (through Razorpay) within 7–10 working days.

3. Transit Damage or Defect: If equipment arrives damaged or functionally impaired, notify support@astronomican.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Astronomican will inspect and repair or replace defective components at no extra charge.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch Timeline: Ready-to-ship units are dispatched within 5–7 business days following invoice confirmation. Custom or batch-built units will be dispatched as agreed in writing.

2. Logistics Partners: Industrial goods are shipped across India through insured surface freight logistics providers.

3. Transit Time: Deliveries typically take between 5 to 10 working days depending on destination pincode and local transport restrictions.

4. Tracking: Consignment note / tracking IDs will be shared over official email/WhatsApp upon carrier dispatch.
